Currently there isn’t an automation for Klarna, Bancontact, Giropay, EPS, Multibanco and P24. Please contact us if you require any of these payment methods, we will create a payment link for you.
Privacy
Your privacy will be guaranteed because we only make use of third-party Payment Service Providers. These providers are trained and specialized in securing your payment and any information that is required for this payment.
We will never store any sensitive payment data on our servers (unless you upload or specify this data).
Payment Flow
When ordering any service, your order will be placed in the database of our Customer Portal. In this Customer Portal you have the option to pay any outstanding invoice(s). When an invoice is paid with iDEAL, PayPal or a credit card your service will be provisioned automatically. Some services require human setup, we ask for your understanding.
Refunds
According to Dutch law, every private individual is entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. You may therefore exercise this right, but there are a number of exceptions. For example, the right does not apply to custom-made products or services such as domain names or web development. Contact our customer service for more information or view our TOS.
