No, unfortunately not. All your account information will be transfered to the new portal but the password cannot be transfered due to security reasons. Details on how to access login details for the new portal will be provided once it is ready. We will ensure a smooth transition for all users.

Yes. Most essential customer data will be transfered to the new system. This includes (cancelled) services, domain names, invoices and quotes at least. However, during the transition period not all data might be available simultaneously so we recommend contacting support if you need specific information during this period.

Yes. But if we haven't asked you to re-enable your account you won't be able to login. Please contact our support team so they can help you with re-activating your account already.
